Saffron DOP - For several years now our farm has been running the cultivation of the precious saffron which has been making San Gimignano famous and known since the medieval.
Vin Santo - Dessert wine, the "holy wine". Our Vin Santo is made of three different local white wine grapes which first have to become raisins: Colombana, Malvasia and Trebbiano. Immediately upon picking the grapes during the harvest we select suitable grapes for the vin santo. This sweet wine is of nearly oily consistency, it has a harmonic and balanced taste of a slightly opulence sweetness.
Le Grappe - Immediately after having pressed our grapes we transport the pressings to the local distillery D.E.T.A. where they distil and manufacture our three different grappa: Grappa of Vernaccia, Grappa of Chianti and Grappa of Chianti Riserva.

Extra native olive oil - great care and attention with the cultivation of our olive-trees lead to an outstanding quality of our exclusively hand-made harvest. The cold pressing of our olive oil takes place at the near oil mill (Frantoio) which uses brand-new technologies. Therefore, our olive oil extra-virgin has a golden-yellow colour with slightly green reflexes. Our oil is fragrant, it has a intensively fruity and harmonic perfume. The freshly pressed oil has a decent smell of artichoke whereas with ongoing maturation the perfume of the oil will change to almond-wood.
