The low yield from each plant along with a rigorously controlled fermentation process, gives this wine an intense aroma and a good body. The colour is yellow with fruity and floral nuances and its taste is dry and persistent, harmonious and fresh; a very agreeable wine!

This fortified dessert wine is so called “Holy wine”, and is made of three different local white wine grapes: Colombana, Malvasia and Trebbiano. Immediately after harvesting, we select the most suitable grapes which are then aged to become raisins before they are used to produce Vinsanto. This luscious wine has a syrup-like consistency, with a harmonic and balanced taste of an almost opulent sweetness.

Selezionato in base alle sue caratteristiche di eccellenza da uve Ciliegiolo. Il Kérass matura per oltre due anni in fusti di rovere. Vino affascinante e profondo. Note di frutti rossi e spezie ne costituiscono il bouquet intenso che si accorda divinamente a piatti importanti. La sua struttura equilibrata lo rende un ottimo vino da meditazione.

Chianti Riserva DOCG – from fine Sangiovese grapes (85%), small quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon (7.5%) and Merlot (7.5%) carefully selected and vinified. It is matured for two years in oak barrels, after which it is then aged in its bottle which gives this wine its character and solid structure; its taste is large and complex, while pleasantly spicy.
