Imponente y aristocrático este tinto que permanece durante mucho tiempo en barricas de roble y el posterior afinamiento en botella lo convierten en un vino de gran equilibrio, con paladar pleno y elegante. Tiene un color rojo intenso y buen cuerpo con una excelente textura tánica que lo hace envolvente y aterciopelado.
Chianti Riserva DOCG – from fine Sangiovese grapes (85%), small quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon (7.5%) and Merlot (7.5%) carefully selected and vinified. It is matured for two years in oak barrels, after which it is then aged in its bottle which gives this wine its character and solid structure; its taste is large and complex, while pleasantly spicy.

Our extra virgin olive oil has a golden-yellow colour with slightly green reflections and is fragrant with a hint of artichoke at the beginning whereas, once the oil starts to mature, it acquires an almond-wood fragrance.
La buona cura dei nostri oliveti rende il raccolto, realizzato scrupolosamente a mano, di qualità eccellente. La spremitura avviene in frantoio con macchinari di tecnologia avanzata.
L’extravergine così ottenuto si presenta di un giallo dorato con riflessi verdognoli; è frangente, fruttato intenso e armonico. Di fresca frangitura si avverte una piacevole vena di carciofo che volge alla mandorla con la maturazione.
