An essential red, this elegant wine is matured for a long period of time in oak barrels and its subsequent bottle, which makes a fine, well balanced and flavourful wine. Crimson red in colour and a good body with excellent tannins makes it enveloping and velvety.
La buona esposizione dei nostri vigneti col felice uvaggio del Chianti e il massimo rispetto della tradizionale vinificazione in rosso danno un prodotto dal colore vivace che , con l’invecchiamento, tende a divenire intenso e profondo. Il suo profumo richiama note floreali e il suo sapore è asciutto, di buona intensità con sfumature che evocano i frutti di bosco.

Great care and attention with the cultivation of our olive-trees along with the olives being picked exclusively by hand, leads to an outstanding quality of olive oil. The cold pressing of our olives takes place in an oil mill (Frantoio) nearby, which uses brand-new technologies.
Our extra virgin olive oil has a golden-yellow colour with slightly green reflections and is fragrant with a hint of artichoke at the beginning whereas, once the oil starts to mature, it acquires an almond-wood fragrance.
This fortified dessert wine is so called “Holy wine”, and is made of three different local white wine grapes: Colombana, Malvasia and Trebbiano. Immediately after harvesting, we select the most suitable grapes which are then aged to become raisins before they are used to produce Vinsanto. This luscious wine has a syrup-like consistency, with a harmonic and balanced taste of an almost opulent sweetness.
