Man könnte unseren Roséwein auch als „weißen Chianti“ bezeichnen, denn er wird aus Rotweintrauben auf Weißwein-Basis gekeltert, und die Schalen bleiben am Anfang kurz auf der Maische liegen, so dass dieser kräftige Rosé auch eine solche Farbe hat. Sein Bukett ist leicht und fein, im Geschmack zeigt er sich schön fruchtig.
