Just a short pressing of the grape peels in combination with a white wine base, gives our rose a salmon-pink transparency and the nose confirms a decent perfume with a fruity taste.
The must of the two local grapes called Trebbiano and Malvasia is used to create our basic white wine; an elegant and slightly straw coloured dry wine with a fruity taste.
Mainly produced with Trebbiano Malvasia grapes and other white grape varieties present in our vineyards. Soft pressing and controlled fermentation are the main steps in the cellar of our Bianco. It has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the aromas are of fresh flowers, white berried fruits. The taste is fresh and enveloping, balanced, it goes very well with aperitifs in general, delicate first courses, cruditè.
This ruby-red coloured wine is youthful, with charming character, good body and a balanced taste, making it an ideal partner for meals.

Man könnte unseren Roséwein auch als „weißen Chianti“ bezeichnen, denn er wird aus Rotweintrauben auf Weißwein-Basis gekeltert, und die Schalen bleiben am Anfang kurz auf der Maische liegen, so dass dieser kräftige Rosé auch eine solche Farbe hat. Sein Bukett ist leicht und fein, im Geschmack zeigt er sich schön fruchtig.

Our Vernaccia vineyards have selected positions and their grapes are exclusively used for white wine production.
It presents itself in a light straw-colour with greenly reflexes. Its fragrance is penetrating, fruity and floral. It has a harmonious taste with a characteristic almond aftertaste, with a good body.
