The must of the two local grapes called Trebbiano and Malvasia is used to create our basic white wine; an elegant and slightly straw coloured dry wine with a fruity taste.
Mainly produced with Trebbiano Malvasia grapes and other white grape varieties present in our vineyards. Soft pressing and controlled fermentation are the main steps in the cellar of our Bianco. It has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the aromas are of fresh flowers, white berried fruits. The taste is fresh and enveloping, balanced, it goes very well with aperitifs in general, delicate first courses, cruditè.
