Le vinacce della nostre uve vengono immediatamente trasportate alla distilleria D.E.T.A la quale provvede a distillare e a confezionare per nostro conto tre diversi tipi di grappe: La Grappa di Vernaccia, La Grappa del Chianti e la Grappa di Chianti Riserva.
Immediately after pressing our grapes, we transport them to the local distillery D.E.T.A. where they are distilled and manufactured into our three grappas: Grappa of Vernaccia, Grappa of Chianti and Grappa of Chianti Riserva.

An essential red, this elegant wine is matured for a long period of time in oak barrels and its subsequent bottle, which makes a fine, well balanced and flavourful wine. Crimson red in colour and a good body with excellent tannins makes it enveloping and velvety.

Due to the selective positions of our Chianti vineyards we are able to obtain a maximum quality by producing this red wine. Our Chianti d.o.c.g. has an intensive ruby colour and presents a balanced body. Its fragrance attracts floral notes and its flavor is dry, with good intensity and shades that evoke the berries. Robust and structured wine enhances the flavor of the meat and accompanying divinely soups and cheeses.

The low yield from each plant along with a rigorously controlled fermentation process, gives this wine an intense aroma and a good body. The colour is yellow with fruity and floral nuances and its taste is dry and persistent, harmonious and fresh; a very agreeable wine!
