Selected according to certain characteristics of excellence from Ciliegiolo grapes, our Kérass matures for over two years in oak barrels. Its a deep and fascinating wine with notes of red fruits and spices. This wine creates a superb finish to any meal and its balanced structure makes for an excellent wine for meditation.
Just a short pressing of the grape peels in combination with a white wine base, gives our rose a salmon-pink transparency and the nose confirms a decent perfume with a fruity taste.

Immediately after pressing our grapes, we transport them to the local distillery D.E.T.A. where they are distilled and manufactured into our three grappas: Grappa of Vernaccia, Grappa of Chianti and Grappa of Chianti Riserva.

Sparkling wine A LUI • A LEI wine that is born from the union of Vernaccia grapes coming respectively from the north and south of the territory of San Gimignano in the heart of Tuscany, vineyards belonging to two companies, one that is purely female, the Palagetto and the other one male run Il Lebbio. From a great esteem and friendship consolidated over many years of activity, the idea was born to create a product that is an expression of our territory and a collaboration between these two realities. The same wine in two different clothes, marketed to her by the lebbio marketed to him by the palagetto, two labels, a reciprocal dedication.

Great care and attention with the cultivation of our olive-trees along with the olives being picked exclusively by hand, leads to an outstanding quality of olive oil. The cold pressing of our olives takes place in an oil mill (Frantoio) nearby, which uses brand-new technologies.
Our extra virgin olive oil has a golden-yellow colour with slightly green reflections and is fragrant with a hint of artichoke at the beginning whereas, once the oil starts to mature, it acquires an almond-wood fragrance.
